Online stores

I build online stores in two ways: the fast WebloNeo Shop, where sales regulations work by themselves, or the proven WooCommerce on WordPress. I will advise which one makes sense for you and honestly calculate the costs for several years, not just for the start.

Value

My approach

An online store is more than nice product pages. What counts is whether the site loads fast on a phone, whether the customer can pay with BLIK in a few seconds, and whether the store meets the rules that UOKiK, the Polish consumer protection authority, fines for: the lowest price from the last 30 days on a promotion, the right of withdrawal, the correct order button.

That is why I offer two solutions. WebloNeo Shop is our store running in the same SaaS application as NEO Websites: fast, commission-free, with the regulations built into the system. WooCommerce is the most popular store platform in the world, a good fit when you need a specific plugin or already have a WordPress site.

  • Fast on mobile: product pages and filters work instantly, with no waiting for the server
  • Regulations in the system: lowest price from the last 30 days on discounts, price per kilogram, manufacturer details
  • 0% prowizji: you pay only the payment provider, according to its price list

Four showcase stores on WebloNeo Shop, two dark and two light. The brands are made up, but the store really works: filters, variants, discounts and the cart. They do not take orders.

Website

Wilczy Kęs: food for dogs and cats

A dark premium store. Weight and price filter, price per kilogram, a discount with the lowest price from the last 30 days, a cart counter in the header.

A light store. Weight and grind level as variants, price per kilogram, a grind filter and a discount on the espresso blend.

Regulations

The law on autopilot

In January 2026 UOKiK fined Zalando 30.9 million zł and Temu 5.9 million zł, among other things for wrongly displaying the lowest price from the 30 days before a promotion. A small store will not pay millions, but the Trade Inspection can impose a fine of up to 20,000 zł, and up to 40,000 zł for repeat offences. Missing manufacturer details on a product (GPSR) can cost up to 500,000 zł.

In WebloNeo Shop the system looks after these rules, so they cannot be skipped by oversight. When a rule changes, we fix it once and every store has it right away:

  • Lowest price from the last 30 days: the system records the history of every price and freezes the reference price when a promotion starts; a crossed-out price cannot be shown without this information
  • The "Order with obligation to pay" button: without that wording the contract is not concluded at all, which is why the panel does not let you change it
  • Order confirmation: the email with the terms and the withdrawal notice goes out by itself, with the version of the terms the buyer accepted
  • Withdrawal from the contract: a ready-made withdrawal button, before the new EU rule takes effect in Poland
  • Complaints within 14 days: the panel counts down the time to respond, because the seller's silence means the complaint is accepted
  • Manufacturer details and warnings (GPSR): a physical product cannot be published without them
  • Unit price: calculated automatically from the quantity and the unit
  • Cash register and VAT: a warning when you add a product from a category that requires a cash register or is not covered by the VAT exemption
Two product pages on phones: 20% and 15% discounts with the lowest price from the 30 days before the discount shown below the price

Scope

What you get in the store

I arrange every store around what you sell and to whom. The basics include:

  • Payments: BLIK, cards and fast bank transfers through a Polish payment provider, with no commission on my side
  • Shipping: Parcel lockers and couriers, with labels and no retyping of addresses
  • Variants and stock: colours, sizes, stock levels and a notification when stock is running low
  • Law and documents: terms and conditions, privacy policy, returns, the lowest price from the last 30 days and seller details before purchase
  • Visibility: full product data for Google, readiness for free listings in Google Shopping and clear content for AI search engines
  • Panel in Polish: products, orders and statistics in one place, on your phone too
  • Filters and sorting: categories, price, colour, size and other attributes, availability, discounts, in a slide-out panel on mobile

Overview

How a store is built

  1. 1

    Conversation and choosing the solution

I check how many products you have, how you sell today and what you need. On that basis I recommend WebloNeo Shop or WooCommerce.

  2. 2

    Design and products

I show you a design proposal before you sign anything. Then we add the products, photos and categories.

  3. 3

    Payments, shipping, law

I connect the payment provider and delivery, and complete the terms and documents. I check every purchase path with a test order.

  4. 4

    Launch and support

I launch the store, submit it to Google and stay on for fixes after the first orders.

Honestly

When I will recommend something else

WebloNeo Shop is for small and medium-sized stores that sell mainly through their own website. If you sell mostly on Allegro or Amazon and have thousands of products, systems built for marketplaces will be better, and I will tell you so.

I build WooCommerce stores too and know the platform well. It can come out cheaper at the start, but every regulation is a separate plugin there, often with a yearly subscription, and each one has to be updated. For a small store that is usually fine, for a growing one the cost of plugins and upkeep can outgrow the maintenance of WebloNeo Shop. That is why I calculate both options over 3 years before you choose.

The system looks after the regulations and blocks mistakes, but the seller is still responsible for the accuracy of product data, replies to complaints and taxes. No store will take that over for you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an online store cost?

WebloNeo Shop costs from 3000 zł net as a store added to a NEO Website or from 5500 zł net together with a new website, and maintenance from 500 zł net a year. For a large store, with thousands of products or orders, I give the maintenance price after we talk, before you sign anything. A WooCommerce store costs from 4000 zł net, plus store hosting from 700 zł a year and paid plugins for the regulations.

What is WebloNeo Shop?

It is an online store running in the same SaaS application as NEO Websites. Product pages load instantly, you pay no commission on sales, and rules such as the lowest price from the last 30 days or the right of withdrawal are built into the system, so they cannot be skipped by accident.

What penalties do online stores face over promotional prices?

For a missing or wrongly displayed lowest price from the 30 days before a discount, the Trade Inspection can impose a fine of up to 20,000 zł, and up to 40,000 zł for repeat offences. For larger-scale violations UOKiK can impose up to 10% of turnover: in January 2026 Zalando paid 30.9 million zł and Temu 5.9 million zł. In WebloNeo Shop the system looks after this information by itself on every promotion.

Is WooCommerce worse?

No. It is a good store platform, the most popular in the world, and I set it up too. The difference is in the upkeep: regulations have to be handled with plugins, often paid yearly, and their updates need watching. For a small store, or when you already have WordPress, it is sometimes the best choice. I will calculate both options for you before you decide.

Do you charge a commission on sales?

No. You pay only the payment provider's fee, for example for BLIK, according to its price list. With WebloNeo Shop and with WooCommerce there is no percentage of turnover for me.

Can I move my store from WooCommerce or Shoper?

Yes. When moving from WooCommerce the product addresses can stay the same, so you do not lose your Google rankings. When moving from other systems I set up redirects from the old addresses to the new ones.

How long does it take to build a store?

Usually 3-6 weeks, depending on the number of products and whether the photos and descriptions are ready. Preparing the product content usually takes the longest, which is why we start on it in parallel with the design.

Can the store have a chatbot?

Yes. An AI chatbot will answer customers' questions about delivery, returns and product availability, at night too, and when someone needs human help it will pass the contact on to you.

Can I see how the store works before I order?

Yes. On this page there are four demo stores on WebloNeo Shop: pet food, clothing, coffee and linen for the home. You can filter products in them, choose variants and add them to the cart. The brands are made up and we do not take orders, so you will not buy anything by mistake.
