A website is roughly a 1500-4500 zł range - it goes up with the number and complexity of subpages and any extra modules (I flag it before I add anything). A WooCommerce store starts at 4000 zł, and a NEO website on my own engine at 2500 zł. That is a starting point, not a rigid table - I quote your specific project individually and for free, and the full ranges for every service are in the Pricing page. The final amount depends mostly on: the number and complexity of subpages, features (store, bookings, integrations, multilingual), whether you provide ready text and photos, and the scope of care after launch.
Delivery time depends on the same factors and on how quickly materials are supplied - you get a specific schedule and quote after a short description of the project in the form, before we start anything.

It depends on the scope: a simple company website is a different scale from a store with integrations, and what usually takes the most time is preparing the content and photos on the client's side. That's why I set the schedule individually at the pricing stage - you get concrete stages (design, implementation, testing, launch) and you know where you stand.
A website builder is enough for a quick start, but it limits the technology, SEO and portability - the site stays "with them". WordPress (or, when the focus is on AI search engines, my own lightweight engine) gives full control over speed, content and data.
