What it costs
Prices are the same as for the whole Tricity area - Rumia changes nothing here. A system installation is 150-250 PLN, a computer or laptop repair from 150 PLN plus parts, and data recovery is quoted individually, because everything depends on the device and what happened to it. Amounts are net.
I agree the travel terms when you get in touch and state them up front, before I start anything. The full ranges for other services are in the price list.
Why I come to you instead of inviting you to a shop
On-site service is not a courtesy, it is how I work. I do not run a drop-off counter where you leave your machine for a week and wait for a call - I collect computers personally, because that way I see the conditions the machine works in and can ask straight away about things that cannot be described in an email.
For you it means you do not load the computer into your boot and lose half a day. We agree a time, I come to your address in Rumia, and after the repair I bring the machine back and explain what was wrong.

Do you really collect machines from Rumia?
Yes. I collect and return computers in Gdynia, Rumia, Reda, Wejherowo, Gdansk and Sopot, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. We arrange the time in advance - through the form or by email.
How long does a repair take?
I give a timeframe after the diagnosis, because only then is it clear what needs doing and whether parts are required. If something drags on, I tell you rather than keeping the machine in silence.

Repair an old laptop or buy a new one?
